Our facilities are located in a quiet residential area of Reading, easily accessible from the town centre and major transport links. Limited parking is available on Willow Gardens, with additional spaces on neighbouring streets.
If you are visiting for a consultation or meet-and-greet, we recommend arriving a few minutes early so we can begin promptly. For pet drop-offs, our reception area provides a calm space where your animal can settle before their service begins.
We ask that dogs remain on leads when entering the premises and cats remain in secure carriers. This ensures the safety and comfort of all animals in our care.

We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance for grooming and walking services. For overnight boarding, particularly during holiday periods, we suggest booking 2-4 weeks ahead to ensure availability.
Please bring your pet's vaccination records, any medications they require, and information about their feeding schedule. For boarding stays, you are welcome to bring their favourite blanket, toy, or bed for added comfort.
Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or change your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee. Contact us via email to make changes to your booking.
